Manage your Lists
Report on your organisations tasks
The Task & Observation List screen is your command center for viewing and organising all work. From here, you can find specific tasks and filter your view based on task status.
At the top of the screen are powerful tools to help you organise your list. You can tap the Search Bar and type to quickly find a task by its title or number. For more advanced sorting, tap the Filter Icon (which looks like a set of sliders) to the right of the search bar.
Just below these tools, you can switch between different pre-filtered lists using the main tabs.
The Active view shows all tasks that are in progress or yet to be started, while My Tasks narrows the list to show only items assigned directly to you.
You can also view all jobs waiting for an owner in the Unassigned tab or review a complete history of finished work in the Completed archive.
Understanding a Task Card
Each card in the list provides key information at a glance:

Task Title: The name of the job (e.g., "Set mouse trap here").

Category • Type: The classifications for the task (e.g., Scout • Pest).

Status Badge: A label showing the task's current state (e.g.,
TO-DO
,URGENT
). -
Assignee Initials: The colored circles show which team members are assigned to the task.
