Viewing the Map
See exactly where your work needs done
The Map screen provides a geographic view of all tasks, observations, and assets, allowing you to see exactly where work needs to be done.
Each green icon on the map is a pin that marks the location of an item. These can be:
-
Tasks: Specific jobs to be done (e.g., 'Prune Tree', 'Fix Flat').
-
Observations: Notes or issues that have been recorded by your team (e.g., 'Irrigator Leaking').
On the top right side of the screen are tools to help you navigate:
-
Search (magnifying glass) will help you find a specific task or asset on the map.
-
Layers (stacked squares) switch between map views, allowing you to show or remove specific information, such as Observations or Field Data.
-
My Location (target icon) will instantly center the map on your current GPS position.
To create a new task or observation directly on the map, tap the large blue Add Task Button Plus (+) button. You can then place a pin at the desired location and add the relevant details.
